First we went on a bus. We washed our hands and put on aprons and hats! We tried ingredients. Cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers, olives, basil and oregano. We stretched the dough using our thumbs. We made pizzas. We used dough and tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. When we got back to school we ate the pizza. Thank you to all the parents who helped us. We hope you enjoyed your pizza!
Theo- I loved it! Annabelle- It was really yummy! Evelyn- Fantastic! Rafi- The best in the entire universe! Lauren- Gooder than any other pizza I've had! Romelo- It was super yummy in the whole universe! Sienna- The yummiest pizza in the whole wide world! Alexia- Yummy then all the other pizzas! Zachary- The most scrumptious in the whole wide universe. Andrew- Yum! Dylan- So yummy! Shaan- I think it is tasty and yummy! On Wednesday 22nd March Year 4 went ice-skating. Some people learnt to skate for the first time, others that could already skate helped others. We all had a brilliant time! Thanks to all the adults who came with us.

When we saw the giraffes most of the class came up to their knees. Baby giraffes are six feet tall when they are born.” Edie North Hinksey Otter Leaders were lucky enough to attend the Commonwealth Service in Westminster Abbey on Monday 13th March.
BBC Radio Oxford came to North Hinksey Breakfast Club on Wednesday for International Women's Day to speak to the children about which women inspired them. Have a listen to their responses!
We had a fabulous time at the second annual North-Hinskey Story-telling Festival. The children came to school in some wonderful costumes, dressed as characters from their favourite books. We were delighted that so many families joined us to watch each class's amazing performances and to take part in the fun activities. We would like to say a huge thank you to Miss Piper for organising this fantastic event.
A group of children took part in a fun badminton festival on Thursday 2nd March. They had a great time learning new skills. Thank you to Mrs Miller and Mrs Parker for taking the children.
“It was really fun and we learnt how to play badminton”. Alesha On Wednesday 1st March our amazing willow dome was installed. The HSA have very kindly funded the willow dome which is on the school field. The Year 4s helped with the installation and have been taught all about how to look after and maintain the willow.
